We are conveniently located in central Nassau, close to the LIE, Northern State Pkwy and Route 135. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office. From the West: Take the LIE east to exit 46, (Sunnyside Blvd). Make a right and travel south for a 1/4 mile. We are located on the right side at 54-B Sunnyside Blvd
From the South Shore: Take the Meadowbrook, Wantagh or Route 135 north to the LIE. Follow the directions above.

Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need. We accept most insurance plans as either part or full payment, including:
Medicare, GHI, BC/BS, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna, The Empire Plan, Oxford, 1199, No-Fault, Workers Comp, Most Union Plans and others.
In addition to insurance, we also accept cash, credit card or check as payment.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
